Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Personalized or custom products
• Digital downloads
• Items showing signs of use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at powerhousegraphicsjenn@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We'll work with you to replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
