P.S. I donate 10% of all proceeds to a local non-profit called Favors for Neighbors. This is a group of volunteers that serve our senior citizen community within four cities that surround me. They stop by to talk with them, change a light bulb, mow their lawn, fix things that are broken, and provide seniors with a sense of safety knowing they can trust them with things they need help with! It's all volunteers and they don't even charge the seniors for all the work they do. I love this group and want to help them with financial needs (renting equipment, moving trucks or what ever is needed to help our senior community).
